Kevin Eubanks is very well known amongst Jazz players. To hear him on acoustic is a treat. I thought it would be great to introduce his playing to people that woudn’t generally get to hear him. He is from Philadelphia and has been the leader of the Tonight Show band.

This music was beautifully sensitive and sensual playing. When I closed my eyes the image it brought to mind was the water in the small stream on our property as it tumbles over rocks and gravel and descends into the creek that inevitably showers over a cliff into the sea.
that was wonderful and superb. was he playing a nylon string Martin guitar?…. anyone?
